Damaged Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after the allowed time may not be eligible for review.


Refund & Replacement Process

Non-Returnable Items
